As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a champion for Kong customers, providing technical, product, and support guidance and helping establish processes and projects for successful adoption of Kong products.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical working knowledge of API's and microservices architectures
- Previous experience with Kubernetes and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Storytelling with data to articulate business value
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize attention to detail
- Experience in customer success, sales, or related field
