As a Customer Success Manager at Kong, you will act as a champion for customers, providing technical support and driving adoption of Kong products. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them achieve value from Kong. You will work with cross-functional teams to represent the voice of the customer and tackle hard technical problems. Experience with API's, microservices architectures, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies is required.
