Eagle Harbor Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a Top-Secret Clearance to Support EHS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT
- Proven experience managing subcontractors
- Solid understanding of core leadership theories and best practices
- Excellent facilitation skills which encourage participation and appropriately challenge staff
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong logistics, project management, technical, and organizational skills
- Effective analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to prioritize activities and co-ordinate input from internal and external partners
- Experience with infrastructure design and development
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and project management tools
