Program Manager

Arlluk Technology Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall oversight, coordination, and delivery of complex programs and projects for government customers.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, cost estimates, and performance metrics
• Coordinate activities across projects to ensure alignment with program objectives
• Conduct program status reviews and provide clear reports to leadership and customers
• Identify and mitigate program risks through proactive planning and oversight
• Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance program performance
• Ensure program deliverables meet requirements and undergo quality assurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
