Job Description
Kota is looking for a Head of People to build their internal People function and serve as an external voice on the future of benefits. The role involves building a high-performing People function, advising on benefits strategy, and representing Kota in the broader HR community.
Requirements
- 8+ years in People/HR roles at startups or scaleups (sub-500 employees preferred)
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience building Talent and People function in a high-growth, tech-first environment
- HR tech fluency
- Commercial instinct
- European employment expertise
- Strong advisory presence
- Clear communication
