Customer Assistance Manager-Consumer Durables-Hardship Assistance Unit

We are seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager to oversee collections and asset recovery for retail loan portfolios. This role requires strong background in collections, team management, and legal coordination, with the ability to operate both strategically and on the ground. The ideal candidate will manage repossession activities and coordinate with agents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Monitor and maintain collection efficiency across assigned portfolios.
• Manage repossession activities in coordination with reposession agents.
• Oversee the sale of repossessed assets to maximize recovery.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during repossession.
• Coordinate with external collection agencies and field executives.
• Provide training and guidance to the collections team.
• Conduct field visits when necessary to support recovery efforts.
• Coordinate with legal teams for initiating and following up on legal actions.
• Ensure all documentation and processes are in line with bank policies and regulatory norms.
