Relationship Manager - Commercial Vehicles-SCV - Small Commercial Vehicle-Retail Sales

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to lead sales and customer engagement in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. This role focuses on deposit mobilization, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, leadership qualities, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) customers.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (new and used).
• Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing.
• Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections.
• Explore and develop new market areas to support business growth.
