Assistant Waiter/Waitress

As a Viking Shipboard Team Member, you will represent Viking's values and provide exceptional service to guests. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of quality and guest service, and creating a friendly and guest-oriented service culture.

Requirements

• 2 years plus experience as an Assistant Waiter or similar position
• Basic F&B knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and good health
• Ability to carry heavy items and stand, kneel and bend for prolonged periods of time
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to speak additional languages (advantageous)
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Commitment to team work and exceptional work ethic
• Guest-focused and service-oriented personality
• Professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards
• Excellent knowledge of all Public Health Policies
