Bartenders

As a Bartender at Viking, you will support the Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient operations of all bar lounges, bars, restaurants, special events, and Guest areas. You will create a friendly, guest-oriented service culture to ensure Guest satisfaction and repeat business, increasing revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Bartender or similar position in a 5 Star hospitality and/or bar environment
• In-depth beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Physically fit and in good health
• Ability to carry heavy items and stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time
• Fluent in English
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to speak additional languages an advantage
• Flexible, stress-resistant, committed team player and exceptional work ethic
• Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality
• Professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards
• Excellent knowledge of all Public Health Policies
