Job Description
KPA is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to own and architect revenue-related systems within the organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce, integrating with revenue tools, managing projects, and collaborating with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced or additional certifications are strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience, including CPQ and declarative development.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with revenue system tools.
- Familiarity with data management best practices.
