Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Management Specialist- Collections is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances for insurance claims. This role involves managing the collection process, investigating and resolving denials, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. It supports compliance with insurance regulations and improves performance of the RCM department.
Requirements
