Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is a supervisory position for Retail Retail roles, assuming leadership when a store manager is unavailable. Responsibilities include providing customer experience, supervising crew, resolving issues, and completing training. This position involves maintaining a safe and efficient retail environment.

Requirements

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
