Job Description
This shift supervisor role is for a part-time position within Retail. The supervisor will be responsible for providing supervisory leadership to a team and handling daily shop operations while a store manager is unavailable. This involves employee supervision, training, and addressing customer service issues. The role focuses on maintaining store standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to fulfill all duties for a Customer Experience Advocate
- Supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Represent management in resolving customer service issues
- Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
