GCP Cloud Engineer Consultant

This is a full-time position for a GCP Cloud Engineer Consultant to design, engineer, integrate, and enhance DevOps enablement tools. The role focuses on implementing monitoring, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to improve system performance and security. Strong scripting skills and experience with GCP are crucial.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure design and migration projects.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Linux shell scripting (bash/sh).
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, compute, IAM, and storage services.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills with ability to document and present solutions.
