GCP Cloud Engineer Consultant

This full-time position is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer Consultant to design, engineer, integrate, and enhance DevOps enablement tools and applications. The role involves building, managing, and fine-tuning monitoring and alerting systems, implementing automation, and collaborating with security teams. Strong scripting and problem-solving skills are required.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure design and migration projects.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Linux shell scripting (bash/sh).
• Deep understanding of cloud networking, compute, IAM, and storage services.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently or in a team.
