Job Description
The Support Practice Group of Kraft Kennedy is seeking applicants for the full time position of Information Technology Desktop Support. The position will be located at one of our client sites in Westchester, NY and will involve providing on-site support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up
- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting
- Industry experience supporting environments with Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365
- Industry experience with Windows desktops
- MCSE and/or related technical certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field and 4 years of related experience, or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
