Senior Counsel - Corporate

Join our expanding corporate legal team as Senior Counsel, Corporate, and play a key leadership role in supporting the company's growing portfolio of acquisitions and investments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant legal experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters
• At least 2+ years of in-house experience, ideally with exposure to high-growth and acquisitive technology or financial services companies
• Strong background in corporate governance
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
