Job Description
We are seeking a Storage Admin to perform tasks related to SAN infrastructure, Network Attached Storage, Enterprise Backup/Restore, and Hierarchical Storage Management. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Enterprise-class Storage Hardware, Veritas Volume Manager, and Unix and/or Windows systems administration experience.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Enterprise-class Storage Hardware from EMC, HDS, and Network Appliances
- Hands-on experience with Veritas Volume Manager, Powerpath, and LVM
- Good understanding of monitoring and replication strategies (ECC, SRDF, True Copy, Tagma Store)
- Working knowledge on Veritas Netbackup Administration or Tivoli Storage Manager Administration
- Unix and/or Windows systems administration experience
