Responsible for day-to-day management of best practices, development and implementation of in-store delivery third-party fulfillment operations. Work as part of a team to plan, coordinate, develop & communicate operational processes across subject matter experts, third parties and division partners.
Requirements
- Develop best practices for in-store delivery third-party fulfillment operations
- Collaborate with Corporate Merchandising, Freshness & Standards leaders, Technology leads, division leaders on process change solutions
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes
- Support strategic partnerships team with operational strategic and contractual obligations associated with third party partners
- Communicate with key business owners to ensure alignment prior to, during and at the completion of each program/initiative
- Perform selected/required key analysis as needed
- Travel to divisions and stores to develop & support eCommerce initiatives, process implementation & best practices
