Job Description
KUGU develops smart software solutions for energy optimization, offering IoT platform for property owners to reduce emissions and optimize operating costs. This role focuses on sales processes, CRM data maintenance, and ensuring sales team readiness. The position supports both sales and internal communication within a fast-growing startup focused on the green energy sector.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales inside sales, sales support, or inside sales in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent German and English communication skills (C1)
