Job Description
Kura Oncology is seeking a Vice President of Global Program Leadership to oversee the development and commercialization of ziftomenib, a menin inhibitor targeting cancer treatment. This role requires a seasoned executive with a collaborative leadership style, dedicated to building a diverse, talent-driven organization focused on innovation and patient-centricity. The Vice President will drive cross-functional teams, develop strategic objectives, and represent the program to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years drug development and commercialization experience
- 10+ years oncology experience
- Prior experience with partnered programs (development and/or commercial)
- Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD)
- Strategy, Project, Program and Portfolio Management, Talent Development, Mentorship and Alliance Management expertise
