Job Description
Kelley's Market, a family-owned convenience store chain with deep roots in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. The role involves maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment, providing accurate transactions, and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to stand for extended periods
