Job Description
Kelley's Market, a family-owned convenience store chain serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment. This role involves both direct customer interaction and supporting daily store operations, reporting to the Station Manager and Assistant Manager. The position contributes to the sales team, inventory, and maintaining company standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
