Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead architectural, multi-discipline projects from budget to implementation. The candidate will have experience in Municipal / Public bid project understanding, Revit and AutoCAD capability, and proficiency in specification writing.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an architectural project manager
• Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)
• Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or construction-related firm is required
• Revit and AutoCAD capable
• Proficient in specification writing
• Microsoft Office skilled (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project a plus)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of NYS and IBC Codes and regulations
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team
• Self-motivated
• Ability to travel
