We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in our Rochester, NY location. Experience in municipal, judicial, or jail design is a plus.
Requirements
- Initiating and managing projects from inception to completion
- Leading Staff and Consultant Teams
- Coordination of all disciplines
- QA/QC of work
- Key Client Contact and Sales Responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organization, work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills
- Registered Architect in the State of New York (other states desirable, but not required)
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Judicial and Detention Design experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of Office of Court Administration (OCA), New York State Commission of Correction (COC), New York State Office of Children and Family Services (NYSOCFS), NYS Building Codes, NFPA, and ICC codes a plus
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. MS Project experience is a plus
