Electrical Engineer - Energy Infrastructure

LaBella is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their Building Engineering Division in Buffalo, NY. This role involves providing comprehensive energy efficiency and renewable energy consultancy, including feasibility analyses and design for new construction and renovations, working closely with a team of engineers and mentors. The engineer will document existing conditions, analyze design options, and communicate results with clients.

Requirements

• Design building electrical systems
• Design photovoltaic, battery storage systems, and grid interconnection
• Field investigations to document existing conditions
• Interact with clients by completing analysis of design options, cost benefit comparisons, and communicating results
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and utility requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
