Facility Project Manager

LaBella is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for a position in their Environmental Division at their client's office in Binghamton, New York. The role involves overseeing maintenance, security, capital improvements, and operation of property portfolio, ensuring safety, efficiency, and tenant/visitor comfort. Project teams are structured for custom business consulting, project management, financial control, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Experience managing building portfolio projects (HVAC, office renovations, site infrastructure).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of facility coordination or management experience.
• Strong computer, writing and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand and address maintenance issues.
