Facility Project Manager

LaBella's Environmental Division in Rochester, NY is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of property portfolios within the client's portfolio. This role involves direct oversight of building operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing vendor relationships. The position reports to the Building Asset Management Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Experience managing building portfolio projects (HVAC, office renovations, power systems, site infrastructure, etc.)
• 3-5 years of facility coordination or management experience
• Mechanical knowledge
• Strong computer, writing, and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to policies and procedures
