Job Description
The Asset Manager will manage a large portfolio of assets, optimize value, and streamline operational aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years' experience in residential real estate, be individually proficient, and able to lead others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or similar field
- 7-10+ years of experience majority in real estate and/or Asset Management
- Highly proficient in achieving results and independently assessing opportunities
