Sr Asset Manager

The Senior Asset Manager will manage a large portfolio of assets, optimizing value and driving NOI growth through strategies related to rent, CAM-type charges, ancillary income, expense control, etc. The role requires at least 10 years' proven experience in residential real estate and the ability to lead others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or similar field
• Minimum 10 years of experience, majority in real estate and/or Asset Management
• Highly proficient in achieving results and independently assessing opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to lead others, meet deadlines, synthesize takeaways
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity
• Excellent written communication skills
