Driver Operations Associate

Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through their technology. We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate to lead the drivers onboarding team and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience from operations background, preferably from a startup company.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience in call center operations is a plus
• Ability to communicate, present and influence in a credible and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
