Lalamove is a logistics company that connects customers and drivers through technology. We're looking for a Driver Operations Associate to manage operational activities in Medan, including driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education.
Requirements
- Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in operations department
- Fluent in English would be preferable
- Have experience in leading and managing small team
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
