Requirements

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and screen new investment opportunities
• Collaborate with internal technology, engineering, and corporate stakeholders
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments
• Perform financial modeling and valuation
• Prepare investment memos and presentations
• Lead deal execution and portfolio management
• Build and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other partners
• Establish strong and distinctive relationships within and outside the company
• Examine market data to detect trends/opportunities/threats
• Cultivate an attractive pipeline of opportunities for management evaluation
• Present business or marketing opportunities to company leaders and managers
• Create and manage strategic partnerships
