Job Description
As Central Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our partner and customer support, ensuring that inquiries are resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate store and partner data, managing a team of working students, and supporting the expansion of our services to new cities and countries.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and excellent English skills
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer support, customer success, or partner management
- Structured thinking, fast problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with support tools such as Superchat, Zendesk, and Intercom is a plus
