LANCH is seeking a Junior People Operations Manager to support the People & Culture Team in ensuring smooth administrative and operational HR processes. The successful candidate will have a generalist background, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality.
Requirements
- Completed studies or about to complete them
- First relevant professional experience or eager to start as a junior
- Proficient in using MS Office / Google Workspace and HR tools like Personio
- Fluent German and good English skills
