As a Junior People & Culture Manager, you will be the right hand of our People & Culture Lead and support the operational HR daily business, maintain our HRIS, and ensure a smooth Employee Lifecycle from Recruiting to Onboarding to Offboarding.
Requirements
- Generalist background in Business, Social Sciences, Operations, Consulting, Project Management, etc.
- HR/People experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in German and English
