Job Description
Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, highly experienced Senior Estimator to provide estimating services across all market segments and all delivery methods, including design-build, construction manager, design-bid-build, negotiated, guaranteed maximum price, and lump sum commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction Estimator preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record with previous project list including client/design team information
