Job Description
McCarthy’s Preconstruction team is looking to add talent to our Atlanta office. The Estimator position establishes the fundamental principles for an individual’s growth and success within McCarthy’s Preconstruction career path.
Requirements
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Assist in pricing and bidding of construction projects
- Communicate with architects and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements
- Participate in internal estimate review process
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors for bids
