Job Description
We are seeking a problem solver with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes to drive efficiency in our landscape supply products warehouse.
Requirements
- Develop, document, and implement new and existing processes to enhance quality, productivity, and equipment efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.
- Troubleshoot and develop molding processes independently, including start-up and shutdown of production equipment.
- Collaborate with equipment and material vendors to diagnose and resolve operational challenges.
