Process Engineer-Injection Molding

Seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our Injection Molding team to optimize molding performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure stable, capable manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or comparable work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an injection molding environment
• At least 5 years of successful plastic injection molding processing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Scientific Injection Molding techniques
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to read measuring devices and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
