Job Description
The Lansing School District is seeking an ASL Interpreter to support Special Education teachers in their classrooms. This is a vital role providing essential services to students with special needs, focused on safe and enriching learning environments. Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 60 completed college credits or Proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam
- Valid Michigan interpreter certification card
- Successful completion of EIPA
- Track record of success working with students with special education needs
- Experience with CPI, blood borne diseases, Epi-pen and Diastat
- Experience working with diverse students
