Senior UX Researcher

We’re hiring a UX Researcher to strengthen our UX team. The ideal candidate will lead user research across the full discovery phase, partner with Product Managers to validate business assumptions, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a UX Researcher or UX Designer with strong research focus
• Fluent in qualitative and quantitative methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, data analysis)
• Skilled in research tools (Dovetail, Typeform, Pendo or equivalents)
• Ability to run and moderate focus groups with enterprise customers
• Solid grounding in B2B SaaS / enterprise software context
• Listening & facilitation skills — leading without influencing
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex findings
• Organized, able to juggle multiple research projects across squads
