We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences across our digital products and services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within digital product teams or agencies.
- Proven track record of applying Nielsen's usability heuristics in real-world testing and evaluations.
- Deep understanding of UX best practices and human-centered design principles.
- Strong experience with research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
