Job Description
Lantana Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst III to analyze complex business problems, identify solutions, and drive process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field, and at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive experience as a business analyst or similar role in software-development projects
- Advanced expertise in requirements frameworks and methodologies
- Experience leading sprint-planning sessions, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Strong history of stakeholder management across organizational levels
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum practices
- Experience with software development lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
