Job Description
Lantana Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer III to ensure quality software delivery from requirements specification through testing to production release. The successful candidate will design and execute test plans, perform manual and automated software testing, and collaborate with development team to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline and 12 or more years of experience designing, developing, and executing test strategies and test plans for software
- Two (2) or more years of experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test software
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including new-feature testing and regression testing
- Experience testing back-end services and front-end user interfaces
- Experience with test-automation tools and frameworks such as JMeter, Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Soap-UI, and automated RESTful API testing
- Familiarity with Agile scrum methodology and supporting tools and methods such as Jira and Kanban
