Lantern is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to expand their reach by connecting with HR and benefits leaders. The role involves driving top-of-funnel activity through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and partnering cross-functionally. Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales or prospecting experience in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound channels
- Comfort using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset and habit of tracking performance
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Growth-oriented with a desire to learn
