Job Description

Their SVP of Member Services will focus on executive leadership, operational rigor, strategic vision, and ownership of the Member Experience functions to achieve organizational goals and member satisfaction. This role requires a strong analytical and communication skills, and a focus on ethical considerations and a commitment to customer care.
