Job Description
We're looking for an Area Manager in Munich to work directly with our Founding Team to transform LAP into the largest coffee retail brand by 2025 and contribute to the opening of our stores in Munich.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership operational experience in retail F&B
- Experience in the coffee industry
- Strong familiarity with relevant metrics that impact a retail F&B business
- Experience with employee performance management, benefits, and incentive programs
- Fluency in English and German at a professional level
