The Goldman Sachs Legal department, focused on the Wealth Management division, seeks a Regulatory Advisory Legal role in London, Birmingham, or Frankfurt. This role involves advising on regulatory compliance, assessing new regulations, and liaising with external counsel. The position requires a proactive and resilient individual capable of working independently and managing a diverse workload, often collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Advising on EMEA regulations (MiFID, CRD, ESG, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD, PSD2)
• Impact analysis of new regulations
• Assessment of complex cross-border scenarios
• Liaison with PWM compliance professionals
• Liaison with global regulatory teams
• Liaison with US/German outside counsel
• Experience with a reputable law firm and/or in-house counsel
