Legal, GBM - Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Lawyer, Associate/Vice President, Frankfurt/Paris

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Legal, GBM - Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) Lawyer to join the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) legal team. This role involves advising on transactions, regulatory issues, and restructuring of cash and derivatives products, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders across a complex and rapidly evolving financial markets landscape.

Requirements

• At least 3 years post-qualification (EU Law qualified) in a comparable institution or law firm
• Experience advising on regulatory and transactional matters
• Exposure to financial market regulations (EMIR, MiFID II)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
